What We Do
Machining Services
Every part is made on equipment we own and measured before it ships.

CNC Milling
3-axis and 5-axis milling of housings, brackets, plates, manifolds, and fixtures.
Thin-wall pocketing in 6061 and 7075 aluminum is routine work — walls machined in balanced passes with sharp-tool finishing cuts, ready for cosmetic anodizing.
CNC milling services →
CNC Turning
Shafts, bushings, fittings, and threaded components. Live tooling adds flats and cross-holes in the same setup.
Single-setup machining keeps concentricity tight and cost down · threads cut to NPT, BSP, and metric standards, gauged before packing.
CNC turning services →
5-Axis Machining
Positional 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis work for multi-face parts — impellers, aerospace-style brackets, contoured components.
Fewer setups mean better feature-to-feature accuracy and lower cost on complex geometry · every GD&T callout verified on the CMM.
5-axis CNC machining →
CNC Prototyping
Functional prototypes in production-grade metals and plastics, machined to production tolerances — so your test results actually translate to the production run.
The same setup carries over when you scale to production.

Typical Parts, Typical Specs
Representative work, not confidential customer parts — and the specifications we routinely achieve.

Aluminum Enclosure / Housing
Thin-wall pocketing on 6061 enclosures is where distortion and chatter marks usually appear. We machine walls in balanced passes with sharp-tool finishing cuts, then anodize to a cosmetic Type II finish — housings arrive flat, on-tolerance, and ready for assembly.
| Capability | Specification |
|---|---|
| Part Type | Machined electronics enclosure, instrument housing |
| Key Material | 6061-T6 / 7075-T6 aluminum |
| Critical Challenge | Thin-wall pocketing without distortion; cosmetic anodized finish |
| Core Process | 3-axis CNC milling + Type II anodizing |
| Achievable Tolerance | ±0.005 in general; ±0.001 in on mating features |
| Quality Assurance | Dimensional report + finish inspection before packing |

Stainless Hydraulic Fitting
High-pressure fittings fail at the sealing face, not the body. We turn 316L fittings with live tooling in a single setup, holding sealing diameters to ±0.001 in and gauging every thread — 100% of sealing surfaces are visually inspected before packing.
| Capability | Specification |
|---|---|
| Part Type | High-pressure hydraulic / pneumatic fitting |
| Key Material | 316L stainless steel |
| Critical Challenge | Sealing-face finish and thread accuracy for leak-proof assembly |
| Core Process | CNC turning with live tooling + passivation |
| Achievable Tolerance | ±0.001 in on sealing diameters; threads to gauge |
| Quality Assurance | Thread gauging + 100% sealing-surface visual inspection |

Titanium Structural Bracket
Ti-6Al-4V punishes weak setups — poor fixturing means chatter, heat, and scrapped parts. We rough and finish aerospace-style brackets on 5-axis centers in minimal setups, then verify every GD&T callout on the CMM with material certs available on request.
| Capability | Specification |
|---|---|
| Part Type | Aerospace-style lightweight structural bracket |
| Key Material | Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) |
| Critical Challenge | Weight-reduction pocketing; compound-angle features across faces |
| Core Process | 5-axis CNC machining |
| Achievable Tolerance | ±0.005 in general; true position 0.002 in on critical features |
| Quality Assurance | CMM verification of GD&T callouts; material cert on request |

PEEK Insulator / Medical Component
PEEK moves with heat and stress — parts that measure right off the machine can drift overnight. We machine with stress-relief cycles, sharp dedicated tooling, and room-temperature measurement, delivering burr-free insulators that hold ±0.002 in where it matters.
| Capability | Specification |
|---|---|
| Part Type | Electrical insulator, medical device component |
| Key Material | PEEK (virgin or glass-filled) |
| Critical Challenge | Stress-free machining to hold dimensions; burr-free edges |
| Core Process | CNC milling / turning with stress-relief cycles |
| Achievable Tolerance | ±0.002 in on critical features (room-temp measurement) |
| Quality Assurance | Dimensional report + burr/edge visual standard |
The materials behind these parts — 6061 and 7075 aluminum, 303/304/316 stainless, Ti-6Al-4V, brass, Delrin, PEEK — are the core of what we cut every day. If your drawing looks like any of these, we have run the job before; if it doesn't, the DFM review will tell you quickly how we would approach it.
Why IsoCNC
Why China Factory-Direct
Factory-direct pricing.
You are quoted by the shop that machines your parts. On repeat production, the absence of a middleman margin compounds over every PO.
Engineering before machining.
Every RFQ gets a free manufacturability review. If a tolerance is driving cost, a radius is forcing a special tool, or a material swap saves lead time, we tell you before you commit — not after.
Built for overseas OEMs.
English-speaking project engineers, English quotes and inspection reports, and parts packed for international freight. Most of our output ships to North America and Europe.
Quality you can verify.
First article inspection reports, dimensional checks against the drawing, and material certificates on request. Nothing ships on trust alone — measurements come with the parts.
One accountable shop.
If a part fails your incoming inspection, you are not arguing with a platform's dispute process. You talk to the engineers who made it, and we fix it.
