IsoCNC is a CNC machining company based in China, producing custom precision parts for OEMs and product companies in North America and Europe. When you place an order with us, your parts are machined on our own floor, by our own machinists, on equipment we own and maintain — milling, turning, finishing, inspection, and export packing under one roof.

We keep capacity balanced across milling and turning so a mixed order — housings plus shafts, brackets plus fittings — ships as one delivery instead of two.

Beyond milling and turning, we support the processes a complete part needs: heat treatment coordination and a full finishing line covering anodizing, plating, passivation, powder coat, bead blast, and laser marking. One PO covers the part from raw stock to finished, inspected, packed product.

How We Work with Overseas Customers

Most of our customers never visit the factory — so we make remote sourcing behave like having a shop down the road:

  • English-speaking project engineers handle your RFQ, DFM questions, and order status. You get technical answers in writing, not template replies.
  • Documented quality. First article inspection reports, dimensional records against your drawing, and material certificates on request.
  • Export handled. Export-grade packing, rust protection, and shipping by air or sea with DAP/DDP options. Customs documentation is our job, not yours.
  • Reorders without friction. Programs, fixtures, and inspection plans are kept on file. A reorder is a PO, not a new project.

Communication Across Time Zones

We work against North American and European business hours as a matter of routine. RFQs and technical questions sent during your working day are picked up at the start of ours, and a project engineer replies in writing — pricing, lead time, and DFM feedback in one message, not a chain of clarifications. Because answers come from the engineer quoting your part, a question about a datum scheme or a thread callout gets a technical answer, not a forwarded screenshot.

Everything important is documented in writing by default: quote confirmations, drawing revisions, inspection results, and shipping details live in email you can forward to your quality or purchasing team. When a call helps — a design review, a problem on a tight deadline — we schedule it at a workable hour for your time zone, and we send a written summary afterward so nothing depends on memory. Quality Documentation You Can Audit

Every order can ship with a paper trail: first article inspection reports, dimensional reports against the drawing, material certificates, and finish certifications where the process calls for them. If your quality team needs a specific report format, ballooned drawings, or PPAP-style documentation for an automotive program, tell us at RFQ stage and we build it into the inspection plan.
