Precision Machining Services for Custom Parts
IsoCNC provides precision machining services and custom CNC machining for OEMs and product companies that need parts made to drawing — not catalog compromises. Milling, turning, 5-axis, and prototyping run on our own machines, with finishing, inspection, and export handled in the same workflow.
One Factory, From Prototype to Production
Everything starts from your CAD and drawings. Pick the process that fits your geometry, or send the part and let our engineers route it.

Our daily work is prismatic and rotational parts in metals and engineering plastics: housings and enclosures, structural brackets, manifolds, heat sinks, shafts, bushings, hydraulic and pneumatic fittings, threaded components, jigs, and fixtures. Part sizes range from Swiss-turned pins a few millimeters long to plate work and multi-face assemblies machined on 5-axis centers. Quantities run from a single prototype to repeat production lots, with tooling and programs retained for reorders.
Because everything is made to drawing, the honest answer to “can you machine this” almost always depends on the tolerance scheme and the finish callouts, not the shape. Geometry that looks intimidating is often straightforward once it is fixtured correctly; conversely, a simple-looking part with a ±0.001 in bore and a cosmetic anodize requirement is where shops earn or lose their reputation. Send the drawing and we will tell you plainly which category your part falls into.
Machining Services

CNC Milling
3-axis and 5-axis milling for prismatic parts: housings, brackets, plates, manifolds, fixtures, and enclosures. Pocketed, contoured, and drilled features in aluminum, steel, stainless, titanium, brass, and engineering plastics.
Typical work: machined enclosures, structural brackets, heat sinks, jigs and fixtures.

CNC Turning
Precision turning for rotational parts: shafts, pins, bushings, spacers, fittings, and threaded components. Live-tooling capability adds flats, cross-holes, and milled features in the same setup, keeping concentricity tight and cost down.
Typical work: precision shafts, hydraulic fittings, sensor housings, standoffs.

5-Axis CNC Machining
Simultaneous and positional 5-axis machining for complex, multi-face parts. Fewer setups mean better feature-to-feature accuracy, shorter lead times, and lower cost on geometry that would otherwise need multiple fixtures.
Typical work: impellers, aerospace brackets, medical components, complex contoured parts.
5-axis CNC machining →
CNC Prototyping
Functional prototypes in production-grade metals and plastics, machined to real tolerances — so test results translate to production. First articles ship with dimensional inspection, and the same setup carries over to low- and high-volume runs.
Typical work: form/fit/function prototypes, EVT/DVT builds, pre-production validation.

Materials and Finishing
We machine common and exotic alloys — 6061 and 7075 aluminum, 303/304/316 stainless, 4140 and tool steels, titanium Grade 2 and Grade 5, brass, copper — plus engineering plastics including Delrin (POM), PEEK, nylon, polycarbonate, ABS, PTFE, and Ultem. The materials overview covers grades, machinability notes, and typical applications.
Finishing is coordinated with machining rather than bolted on afterward: anodizing (Type II and III), bead blast, passivation, plating, powder coat, polishing, and laser marking. Supporting processes — wire EDM, surface and cylindrical grinding, honing, and heat treatment — are available where the drawing demands them. Call it out on the drawing and it's included in your quote; if a callout is ambiguous, we ask before we run, not after.
Quality and Tolerances
Standard general tolerance is ±0.005 in (±0.13 mm); precision features to ±0.001 in (±0.025 mm) are quoted against the drawing. Every order passes dimensional inspection before shipment, with first article reports on new parts and material certificates on request. Metrology includes a CMM, optical projector, height and bore gauges, thread gauges, and a roughness tester — inspection happens in a dedicated room, not at the machine. Read the details on tolerances and quality inspection.
How Quoting Works
Send STEP files and 2D drawings through the quote form. An engineer — not an algorithm — reviews manufacturability, flags anything on the drawing that is driving cost unnecessarily, and returns firm pricing with lead time, typically within 1–2 business days. If a tolerance is tighter than the function needs or a radius is forcing a special tool, you hear about it before you commit.
