Contact IsoCNC
When you contact a CNC machining supplier, you want an answer from someone who can discuss your part technically — not a ticket queue. Questions about a drawing, a material, a finish, or an order in progress all reach a project engineer directly.

RFQs: For the fastest quote, upload drawings through our quote form instead of email — it routes straight to the engineering queue and comes back with firm pricing and lead time, typically within 1–2 business days.

When to Use Contact vs. the Quote Form
Use the quote form whenever you have drawings and want pricing — it captures the files and details an engineer needs in one pass. Use this page for everything else: DFM or engineering questions before your design is frozen, status on an active order, supplier and partnership inquiries, or general questions about how we work.
What to Include in Your Message
Your company and the application for the part
Drawings or STEP files, if you have them (NDAs welcome)
Target quantities and timeline
For active orders: your PO or project reference
The more context you give, the more specific the first reply can be.

Response Expectations and Time Zones
We reply within 1–2 business days; engineering questions that need a drawing review can take a little longer, and we will tell you if that is the case. Our factory is in China (UTC+8), so messages from North America sent in your afternoon typically have an answer waiting the next morning; for Europe, same-day replies are common. For active orders, your project engineer is your direct contact.
