Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it to answer you, and we do not track you. The details are below.
Effective September 10, 2026
Who We Are
IsoCNC (isocnc.com) is a CNC machining factory in China serving OEMs and product companies in North America and Europe. This policy covers the information you send us through this website — the quote form, the contact form, and email to cnc@isocnc.com. If you have questions about this policy, that address reaches the same team.
What We Collect
The site has two forms. Between them they collect the following, and nothing else:
Quote form
Your name, email, company, country, target quantity, material, and finish — plus your message and, optionally, drawing files: STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, x_t, PDF, DXF, DWG, ZIP, or images, up to 15 MB per file.
Contact form
Your name, email, company, topic, and message. No file upload is attached to this form.
What we never collect
No analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party trackers run on this site. There are no user accounts, no passwords, and no payment details — orders are handled by email and invoice.
When a form is submitted, our server records your IP address and the submission time alongside the message. This is spam protection and reply context — the technical equivalent of caller ID on a phone call — and it stays with your message, not in a database.
What We Do With It
Your submission goes to our engineering inbox, where a project engineer reads it and replies — with pricing, lead time, and DFM feedback if you sent a drawing. We keep the email thread so we can reference it when you follow up, and so a reorder or a revision does not start from zero.
That is the entire use. We do not send marketing emails, we do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not profile you. If you never reply, the thread simply sits unanswered.
Your Drawings and Files
Files you upload are treated as confidential business information. They are seen by the engineers who quote and machine your parts, and by nobody else. If you prefer a signed NDA before sending anything, say so in your first message — we do this routinely and it slows nothing down.
When a project ends, ask and we will delete your drawings and the files attached to the thread. Programs, fixtures, and inspection plans we keep only for parts you actively reorder, so a repeat order is a purchase order rather than a new project.
Who Else Sees Your Information
Very few parties, all doing a job you can see:
Our hosting and email provider. The company that runs this website and our mail server processes form submissions on our behalf, purely to deliver them.
Carriers and freight forwarders — only if you order. To ship parts we must give a carrier your delivery address. That information is used to deliver your shipment and nothing else.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information for marketing, and we do not run advertising that targets you.
How Long We Keep It
Email threads and attachments are kept while the conversation or order relationship is active, and for a reasonable period after, so that reorders and quality questions can be answered from the record. At any time you can ask us to delete what we hold — see the next section.
Your Rights and Choices
Whatever your location, you can email cnc@isocnc.com to: see what information we hold about you; correct it; have it deleted; or receive a copy of it. Say which email address you wrote to us from so we can find the thread. We answer within a few business days — deletion requests are honored on the spot, limited only by records we must keep for completed orders (such as shipping documents).
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, the same email exercises your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so form submissions — including drawing uploads — are encrypted in transit. Submissions land in an engineering mailbox with access limited to the team that quotes and machines parts. We make no grander claim than this: no system is perfect, which is exactly why we collect almost nothing.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. The policy in force is the one published here on the day you send us information.
